Florence

Yesterday I spent a wonderful day in Florence with my beloved boyfriend. Whether for a long holiday or a short trip, the important thing for me is to travel!

Ieri ho trascorso una giornata meravigliosa a Firenze con la mia amata metà. Io sono così: appena ne ho l'occasione adoro staccare la spina e partire, che sia per una lunga vacanza o una piccola gita, l'importante per me è viaggiare!

50's Skirt

Che avessi un'ossessione debole per le gonne a ruota di sicuro si era già capito. Quando però ho visto questa a pois, ho letteralmente perso la testa. Il modello ha un'ottima vestibilità: stretta in vita e morbida sui fianchi. Semplice ma allo stesso tempo vivace, questa gonna ti fa venire voglia di  tornare subito negli anni Cinquanta.

I really love the flared skirts, you know. When I saw this polka dots skirt, I literally lost my mind. This skirt fits at the waist, slightly touching hips and thighs, narrow at the top. Simple but also cheerful, wearing this skirt transports you immediately in the 50's.

Total white

Il bianco è un colore che amo ed indosso in tutte le stagioni ma che d'estate, con la pelle un pochino abbronzata, riesce a sembrare ancora più fresco e puro. Per questo motivo non sono riuscita a limitarmi ad indossare questa tutina monocolore ma l'ho voluta abbinare ad accessori nello stesso candido tono.

I love the white color and I wear it during all seasons, but in summer, with tanned skin, it seems even more fresh and pure. For this reason I could not limit myself to wear this monochromatic jumpsuit but I have combined it with accessories in the same white tone.

Paillettes pants

Questo pantalone ricoperto di paillettes giaceva nel mio armadio dallo scorso Agosto. Dieci mesi di tranquillo riposo, con ancora il suo cartellino ben attaccato e oggi, all'improvviso, mi è venuta voglia di indossarlo.

This sequined trousers was in my closet since last August. Ten months of quiet, with its tag attached and now, suddenly, I had the wish to wear it.

Ladylike

Qualche mese fa, in uno dei miei pellegrinaggi da Zara, ho trovato questa gonna a ruota color cammello. La lunghezza che sfiora il ginocchio, unita al suo taglio classico, ne fanno un capo molto romantico e femminile, ideale sia per l'ufficio sia per il tempo libero.

A few months ago I found this beatiful camel skirt in the Zara store.

The length, that touches the knee, combined with its classic cut, make it a very romantic and feminine clothing, ideal for the office and for leisure time.

Pale blue

Ciao a tutti! Ritorna il baby blue in tutta la sua delicatezza, sul mio blog ma anche nelle vetrine dei negozi. Io amo i colori pastello, soprattutto il rosa e l'azzurro (come la tutina indossata qui), mi fanno pensare immediatamente alle belle giornate. Qualche tempo fa ho visto la foto di questa splendida borsetta sui siti che abitualmente occasionalmente mi piace guardare ed è stato amore. Ho capito che doveva essere mia e dopo averla messa e tolta dal carrello una cinquantina di volte almeno, l'ho acquistata.

Hello everyone! The delicate baby blue is back, on my blog but also in the shop windows. I love the pastel colors, especially pink and blue (Another baby blue look here), they make me think immediately to the good weather. Some time ago I saw the picture of this beautiful handbag on sites that usually occasionally I like to watch and it was love. I realized that it had to be my bag and after putting and removed it fifty times from the shopping cart , I bought it.

British style

Finalmente si respira un po' di aria primaverile in questo Aprile: il sole ha cominciato a scaldare le giornate e i giardini sono un tripudio di fiori e colori. Con questo clima tanto gradevole non potevo evitare di sfoggiare il mio amato trench e questo nuovo vestitino stile Mercoledì Addams, acquistato su Asos. 

Finally Spring has arrived, the sun began to warm our days and the gardens are a triumph of flowers and colors. With this mild weather I could not leave my beloved trench coat in the closet and I decided to combine it with this new dress Wednesday Addams style , bought on Asos.

Black and white shoes

L'anno appena trascorso ci ha portato, tra le altre cose, una massiccia dose di trend rispolverati dal passato. Abbiamo assistito al ritorno delle frange su abiti e accessori, degli zainetti, dei pantaloni a zampa d'elefante bootcut, delle gonne longuette a ruota (le adoro!), delle salopette (adoro pure queste), del tartan, del pied de poul...delle scarpe bicolori.

Queste ultime hanno origini molto lontane: pare che il vero e proprio boom lo abbiano avuto negli anni Venti per poi tornare ancora e ancora, anche in versione femminile. Ma bando alle chiacchiere: quando ho iniziato a vederle in giro mi hanno molto incuriosito. Ho pensato che fossero perfette per dare carattere a qualsiasi look, anche il più anonimo. E così, qualche mese di ricerca più tardi, ecco che vi mostro le mie nuove scarpine bianche e nere, trovate sotto l'albero di Natale.

The past year has brought us, among other things, a massive dose of trend dusted off from the past. We have seen the return of the fringes on clothes and accessories, backpacks, bootcut pants, longuette skirts (love them!), overalls (I love these as well), tartan, pied de poule... bicolored shoes.

These shoes have very remote origins. It seems that they have had the boom in the twenties and then go back again and again, even in the female version. Stop talking: when I started to see these in the stores I was very intrigued. I thought they were perfect to give character to any look, even the most anonymous. And so, a few months of research later, here I show you my new black and white shoes, found under my Christmas tree.
